We want our pets to receive the right nutrition to keep them healthy and promote their well-being. We work with a team of veterinarians and specialist nutritionists to produce species-appropriate food that goes beyond what is normally understood as pet food. PEOPLE

Without our fantastic team and all the people who are part of the Lily's Kitchen family, we wouldn't be where we are today. Therefore, the human side of our business also plays an important role for us. This includes flexible working hours, mental health initiatives, benefits for all employees and supporting causes that are close to our hearts - whether through volunteer work or supporting charities. It is our responsibility to create a safe, healthy and fair working environment. That's why we have a Diversity and Inclusion Board to help us foster diverse and inclusive teams.

OUR EARTH

We are responsible for our planet, all living things and nature. Therefore, we try to treat our environment as respectfully as possible. We use organic ingredients and recyclable packaging in some of our recipes. We have already achieved our original target of 100% packaging designed for recycling by 2025 in 2024 and are delighted that all of our new packaging will now be recyclable. We also continue to work on a solid plan to proactively reduce our carbon footprint.
